The Kansas City women’s disc golf scene is one of the most active in the country. Come join us at a course near you this disc golf season. Our leagues are women focused and designed to be welcoming to new players to the sport.

IMPORTANT: You must sign the COVID waiver form prior to attending leagues for our insurance purposes. You just need to sign once for the year and that covers all leagues and events. See COVID form here.

Mondays: Ladies Night Out 

Our original league night. Beginner-friendly, all skill levels & ages welcome. Score-keeping optional, fun prizes and monthly clinics.

Course: Rosedale Disc Golf Course
Time: Signup begins at 5:30 pm. Tee off by 6pm
Cost: Free

Wednesdays: Women’s Competitive League

Do you have a passion for disc golf and a competitive nature? Are you looking for a group of women to help push your game to the next level? Look no further, the women’s competitive league is the place for you!

Course: Various courses in the KC area
Time: Signup begins at 5:30 pm. Tee off by 6pm

Fridays: CO-ED Fun Night

Perfect for those with a busy weeknight schedule. We will be traveling to various KC area courses.
